These offers include three nights* accommodation in the Marriott’s Playa Andaluza resort in a two bedroom apartment. The ‘Los Flamingos Golf Club Break’ offer includes an 18 hole green fee voucher for 2 players with a golf buggy to be used at Los Flamingos Golf Club. The ‘Sedatio Luxury Spa Package’ includes a welcome cocktail of cava and lemon sorbet at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, a selection of therapies including; thermal lane, flotation pool, relax zone, ‘Metamorphosis’ (specialized peeling body wrap treatment), ‘Gods Bath’ and ‘Final Flight’ (holistic massage) per couple. The Andalusian Gastronomical Experience includes a visit to an olive oil mill, an organic vineyard, lunch (comprising a set menu; any drinks or dishes outside of the set menu are not included in the package price) and a trip to Ronda at the tour guide’s discretion, Marriott Vacation Club will not be liable for any accidents which might occur during the day trip. Qualification
These promotional offers are designed for couples aged between 30 and 70 with a joint annual income in excess of £55,000/€65,000. They are based on two adults sharing an accommodation, including but not limited to an apartment or hotel room. Up to four additional family members can be accommodated in an apartment free of charge but not in hotel rooms. Attendance at a 90 minute presentation about Marriott Vacation Club is required to qualify for this offer. Should you be booked as a qualified couple (including spouse/partner), it is a condition of this offer to travel and attend the presentation together. If either you or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the offer will be payable. Full retail cost of the offer is specified in the pricing section below. Should you not qualify you may travel at the non subsidised offer price.

Restrictions
No group bookings. These offers are non transferable and are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. These offers are not available to MVCI holiday owners, to individuals who have previously taken advantage of these offers or any other MVCI holiday offer in the last 18 months, or to employees of Marriott International and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members.

Pricing
Cost of the offers is subsidised by Marriott Vacation Club International. The subsidised offer price is €249 per couple. The offer price is payable at the time of booking. Full retail cost of the offer is €899 per couple and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice. The use of promotional offer accommodation shall not entitle you to any Marriott Rewards Points.

Car Rental
Hire car includes cost of a four (4) day 4-door economy hire car (VW Polo or equivalent) subject to car suppliers additional terms and conditions of use for four days and excludes other supplemental charges as advised during booking process, e.g., Super CDW, petrol, etc. Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection are included. Any additional insurance required is payable by the customer. Drivers must be aged over 18 and must present a valid EU/International drivers license and credit card at collection. Car hire supplier will take a credit card deposit to cover any additional costs incurred by the customer over and above those stated above. Changes within 14 days of arrival date cannot guarantee car availability.

Expiry Date
Offer expires on 7th March 2012 and all bookings must be made by this date and all guests must travel between the 28th November 2011 and the 21st March 2012. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only change their travel dates once and the new travel dates must fall within the specified dates. A flat €100 rescheduling fee applies. Rescheduling is not possible within 30 days of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your offer and/or reservation, for verification purposes you must do so in writing, signed by the lead name on the booking to Customer Service Department, Marriotts Playa Andaluza, MVCI Playa Andaluza Holidays S.L., Holiday Preview, Ctra. De Cadiz Km. 168, 29680 Estepona, Spain or Fax +34 952 888 436. To cover the cost of processing the cancellation and to compensate for other inherent business prejudice, there is a cancellation charge based on the following scale: 40% of the subsidised offer price for open dated packages purchased but not booked; 60% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked but cancelled 31 days or more before arrival date; and 100% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked but cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date. In the event Marriott Vacation Club decides unilaterally to cancel this offer, it shall compensate and refund you any money paid to us. We therefore recommend you obtain travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur.

Operator’s Insolvency
This package travel is organized and promoted by MVCI Europe Ltd. Arrangement have been made pursuant to the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 to safeguard your monies paid in conjunction with this offer and to cover the cost of the package in the event of the operator’s insolvency.
