We have long awaited the opening of this lovely golf course , designed by Cabell B. Robinson, it consists of 4 par 3s, each of which offers its own individual challenge, - 4 par 5s, 1 of which, at 603 m is probably the longest on the coast - and 10 par 4s- Satana golf course is situated in one of the most beautiful valleys on the Costa del Sol, located in what was an old avocado plantation. Santana is going to be a very challenging and scenic course and will in time we are sure gain respect from golfers around the world..
As a new course on the coast it offeres a maturity that you dont normall find in such courses. The maturity is enhanced by the number of avocado and cork trees that have been retained in its development. Originally it was an avocado farm with some 36000 trees.
