Take this opportunity to play this course which from October 2009 is the new venue for the World Match Play Championship. Designed by Cabell Robinson, Finca Cortesin is considered one of the best golf courses in Spain.
At 6800 meters (from the back tees) it is certainly one of the longest courses in Europe and it has more than a 100 bunkers which provides a real challenge to both high and low handicap players. The natural environment and landscape of the course are one of its most attractive features with views of the mountains and the Med. The fairways and greens are kept well manicured and there is a great variety of holes with the tough ones being compensated with those which are more forgiving – altogether worth a visit.
